If this is impossible, you will be provided with a refund of the event’s cost.

Accommodation
If accommodation is included in your booking, the accommodation named is to remain confidential to Tallinn Stag Weekend and is only to be disclosed to you with the receipt of the secondary deposit’s completion, along with confirmation in written form from the supplier. Room types used for the booking may be dormitory style, quad, triple, twin or single, including either en-suit or shared bathroom facilities. Your booked accommodation’s location is to be deemed located centrally by our discretion. In the event you are to find yourself unhappy with your accommodation’s location, we will attempt to move you to an accommodation to suit you better, though you are to be liable for cancellation fees incurred, any price increase, and lastly, a £50 administration charge.

Meals
Accommodation bookings do not include breakfast, unless stated otherwise. The breakfast you are to receive is to be confirmed at your arrival to your accommodation. Meals from restaurants could require the group leader to complete a pre-order. This is to be completed to be returned to either the venue or us, as required. In the event that the pre-order is incomplete, we are to accept no liability in regards to unprovided meals or delays to provide your meals. We will put forth our best effort to meet any specific dietary requests to please any group member, but fulfillment of these requests cannot be guaranteed. We are to accept no liability in the event that our suppliers find themselves unable to fulfill these requests. We accept absolutely no liability for your group’s late arrival.

Surcharges and Alterations We Apply
In the event that circumstances we are unable to control cause us to substitute an alternate supplier or alternate event (accommodation included) you are to be informed of this as soon as possible. You are to pay the additional cost incurred because of any such change. If these changes are, according to Tallinn Stag Weekend, substantial enough to significantly alter your event and you find yourself unwilling to go along with them, you are entitled to cancel your event and receive a refund of the event’s cost.

Surcharges are possible to be applicable when an event has a minimum requirement for the amount of participants and your group fails to meet this number. We are not to be held responsible if this leads to the event’s cancellation, and alternatives are possible to be offered of greater or equal price. In the event that the value exceeds that of the previous event, you are to pay the price difference. If the group’s final number is odd, a single supplement surcharge is to be applied when the event or booking (accommodation included) is dependent on number.

Alterations You Made
We are to attempt to accommodate all reasonable changes you request to be made on the event. These requests are to be made with us rather than the suppliers, and are to be made in writing by the group leader. You are not to deem these changes to have been accepted until you have received a confirmation in writing. If you desire to change the number of participants in your event, this may be done six weeks prior to the event’s start date. After that date, amendments are to incur a £50 administration charge per person. Changes regarding arrival or departure dates and changes in destination are to be subject to administration charges. It is not to be guaranteed that price changes will be pro-rate, but this is to depend upon whatever arrangements we find ourselves able to arrange with the suppliers we have. Subject to the agreement we have in writing, you reserve the ability to transfer the booking you made onto someone who lines up with all applicable conditions regarding the event.

Obligations You Hold
You are to behave in a courteous, responsible and safe manner at all times; comply with any and all instructions given; codes of practice and regulations given by our suppliers or us; ensure your compliance with any age restrictions our suppliers may impose; ensure your compliance with every arrival time, as well as dressing appropriately for all events. If these obligations are breached, we reserve the right to curtail or cancel any portion or the entirety of your event, and in the case of those circumstances, you are not to be entitled to any form of a refund. You are to take our suitable insurance regarding your needs (this includes delays regarding events involving travel over air, sea or land) prior to the event.

We are to take reasonable skill and care when it comes to arranging your event and complying with all laws applicable to your event; where it is possible, we will reschedule your event rather than canceling it, or offer you a refund. Feedback from Customers
If you find you have an issue on your booking, you are to contact whatever person is appropriate at your earliest opportunity. If there is no valid reason for you to have neglected reporting your issue to the appropriate people, we are not to be considered liable for your complaints. If issues are unable to be resolved to satisfy you, you are to write to us within the 7 days proceeding your event’s conclusion. Outside of this time period, no complaints are to be accepted and you are to be deemed satisfied with the event and service’s every aspect. Correspondence will be acknowledged within 28 days and we will endeavor to handle the complaint as fast as we possibly can manage.

This is only applicable prior to the booking you make with us.
